Indigenous Advancement Partnerships
Developing the Indigenous Economy in Canada's Defence and Technology Sectors

Who We Are
Indigenous Advancement Partnerships is a 100% Indigenous owned and controlled for-profit Canadian corporation. Our role in the Indigenous economy is to develop businesses that will meaningfully impact the Canadian economy with meaningful avenues for Indigenous leadership, training, employment, and ownership.
Our vision is to see Indigenous businesses grow their capabilities and capacity to be major contributors to the Canadian economy. To do this, we focus on three main goals:
1. Attract partners, both Indigenous businesses who are looking for support and non-Indigenous businesses who believe in our social mission.

2. Identify project and business opportunities for investment that align with our social objectives and are economically viable.

3. Provide governance and oversight to our assets, ensuring regulatory and quality controls.
Vision & Goals
Our History
Our organization started off consulting on workforce development and reconciliation action planning projects. We quickly realized that in order to make a real difference in the Indigenous economy, we had to take an ownership stake in the projects we were working on. In 2024, we launched our first project in Canada's Defence sector, employing a total of ten people and self-financing our continued business growth. Since then, we have continued to seek project and partnership opportunities that leverages Indigenous knowledge and equity.
